Key Responsibilities
As a Telehealth Community and Allocations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
You will manage caregiver schedules, monitor client satisfaction levels, and assist in financial performance monitoring.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- Qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating service delivery
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or in-home care services, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service. This is a risk assessed role - a national police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.
