Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced recruitment professionals to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of assigned searches. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conducting screening interviews over the phone
- Utilising various recruitment methods to attract top talent
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in nursing and medical recruitment preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using social networks and personal networks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Pro-active and hands-on approach to work
Experience matching candidates to job roles based on skillset, sector experience, culture fit, and attitude is highly desirable.
